A Delhi court on Wednesday directed Tihar Jail authorities to submit in a week a consolidated report related to the conduct of Christian Michel James, one of the alleged middlemen in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper case, who spent six years and two months in prison.
“This is an application moved on behalf of accused Christian James Michel for (the) production of conduct report. Issue notice of the above application to the ED (Enforcement Directorate) as well as to the Superintendent Jail concerned, Tihar, with directions to the DG (Prisons), Delhi to file a consolidated report qua the above application positively on or before on 18.03.2025,” said Special Judge Sanjeev Aggarwal of Rouse Avenue Court in his order.
