Ministry of Justice: Sadik Duraku is Released from Detention in Serbia

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora has announced that the citizen of Kosovo and Great Britain, Sadik Duraku, who was detained in Serbia, has been released.

Durak was arrested on April 17, 2024 at the Croatia-Serbia border crossing in Batrovci, under charges of war crimes during the war in Kosovo in 1999.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has emphasized that it will continue to closely follow such cases and will inform the international community about the arbitrary and destructive actions of Serbia, which contradict the international conventions on human rights.
